Inmate Mail

Family and friends are able to send standard envelopes through the mail to an inmate who is incarcerated. The mail will be scanned to the inmate’s tablets to view.

They do not accept oversized envelopes, newspapers, or packages. Packages are only accepted if approved first by the jail administrator.

  • Write the inmate’s full name and booking number on the envelope.
  • Your return address should have your full name and address.
  • Address the mail to Adams County Jail, including the complete jail address.
